Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return from the day of purchase. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted or credited to customer.

We charge a 10% restocking fee in the event that merchandise was returned to us by customer choice. Unless we are at fault in shipment such as wrong item or item defect, shipping charge will be at customer’s expense.

Merchandise that was returned to us and is not the original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We cannot accept used or damaged merchandise for refund, return or exchange.

Our replacement parts, which are covered by warranty, can only be replaced if customer will provide images of the original damaged parts sent to sales@trampolineandparts.co.uk.

Warranty

“Upper Bounce” products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. “Upper Bounce” warrants to the original purchaser of this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal use. This limited warranty applies to the following products and timeframes, beginning from the original date of purchase:

  • 90 Day Warranty for Super Trampoline Pads & Enclosure Nets
  • 6 Month Warranty for Premium Trampoline Pads
  • 1 Year Warranty for Trampoline Frames & Jumping Mats

A replacement for any defective part will be supplied free of charge for installation by you. Defects or damage caused by the use of other than Upper Bounce are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser’s receipt, and in accordance with the applicable legalities of your state and/or region.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods or we will, by agreement, arrange for the collection of these goods.

I would like to return my item. What should I do?

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase and that it inspires a lifetime of play! In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us by obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). To do this, please contact us on +44 (0)344 880 5302.

This must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and any returned goods must be received at our warehouse within 28 days of receipt. We regret that any returns received after this period will not be accepted.

How do I return my item?

Please ensure that the parcel is marked with your RAN number. We regret that any returns received without a RAN number will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods until they reach our warehouse; therefore we would advise you to return the item via recorded delivery to confirm receipt.

Alternatively, items can be collected by us however this will be chargeable, please contact our customer service team for a quote. If you would like us to collect your item, please specify when contacting us and we will contact you to arrange the collection. We are sorry but we are unable to collect assembled items.

  • Mat – 2 years
  • Enclosure Net – 1 year

Returns policy

It is the responsibility (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods.  If goods are refused by the buyer or the carriers have not been contacted after they have carded your property, the goods will be returned to us and we will refund less the cost of the delivery and any return charges we have incurred.

Please note that we can only replace any missing parts if reported within 30 days of the delivery note. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the contents of their order and report any missing or damaged items within the 30 day period.

When placing orders, please make sure you have selected the correct item(s). The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

If you have chosen to hire an independent builder to erect your trampoline, please do not hire them to arrive on day of delivery of the trampoline. Delivery may be made late in the day or could be delayed due to circumstance outside of our control. We will not be held liable for costs incurred.

Warranty

For warranties we require an image of the fault and a copy of the proof of purchase from the customer (if we are dispatching the goods on your behalf to the customer we will have the proof of purchase), as well as details of the fault.

Trampolines are covered for rusting and structural failure within the warranty period stated.

We do not cover trampolines under warranty if it has suffered damage during high winds or from force of trampoline being hit or pulled.

Nets are covered for zip and stitching faults or netting material faults.

Beds are covered for signs of breaking threads or D rings.

Nets and Beds are not covered for rips, cuts, burn holes.

Springs are covered for structural failure due to rust or breaking.

Springs are not covered if Extended or over stretched springs due to weight being exceeded.

Frame pads are covered for fabric failure and rot.

Frame Pads are not covered for toggle loops or ties, discolouration.
